[BUG] 2.2 Ship disappearing if docked at venture dock and dock reconstructed

If you have a ship docked at a venture dock and you rebuild the venture dock (moving to a different position in your factory), the ship disappears and also does not come back after the dock is build again.

I think that was always the case and can remember a dev saying something along the lines of 'you must remove all your docked ships before moving or rebuilding any part of your station'. I think the implication was that whilst you might only be intending to move or rebuild one module, the whole station sometimes moves just a bit and then everything deconstructs and rebuilds. I think deconstructing a dock that you know you have a ship docked at would always be asking for trouble for that ship.
