I join in the gratitude for the TrackIR support, tested yesterday with my EDTracker and worked wonderfully from the get-go, it does wonders for immersion. Also looking around the map now gives a "whoa" effect just short of a full VR experience.

A pity I have to turn off tracking while in menus to be able to click on stuff without missing four times out of three.
The only thing I currently have issues with (totally subjective mind you) is having tracking disabled when walking around platforms or ships. Once I'm mentally switched to "move your head around" mode I find quite hard to suddenly swap back to a "fixed head" mode having to look around via mouse, and then continuously having to do back and forth between looking around with the head or with the mouse. I invariably end up trying to look around even while walking around, and the discordance between what my brain expects to do and what the head in the game actually does gets quite discomforting, it's like a very (very) mild case of motion sickness as it happens with forced head animations in VR.
If there aren't technical limitations to having head tracking always enabled, or some kind of toggle for it from the game options eventually, I'd very much prefer to have it always on than as it is now.
