freshly build HOP fighter leave my wharf
freshly build PAR fighter leave my wharf
both immediately start to murder eachother literally at the front door.
If I would have proper bar/window at my wharf I could just sit lauch and smoke spaceweed from rolled credits that HOP and PAR gave me.

The AI behavior code is very odd in this game. Waring factions will sometimes attack each other and other times completely ignore each other. In systems that I control like the silent witness block or Heretics end all of the factions just patrol around together not bothering each other. Meanwhile I am allied with the main factions including HOP and they are continually placing laser towers around all of my stations around the different sectors.
