Request for Immediate Backup

One of my ship captains, of the dozens I currently have, just messaged me that he is under attack and requests immediate backup. I didn't see the popup but heard the request audibly. Searched all my logs but there is no mention within. How do I figure out which is under attack? tnx

again feature that does not work..if you catch the vid and press f you get the option for the ship to join your group????? ehh??? where are you?? oh your in Xenon space for some inexplicable reason!!!!!! damn another ships destroyed...still at the least the economy gets a boost.......
