A question regarding 2 Mod: FBL & SS

I was using the mods happily till V2 and now i can't boot the game until i turn them off.

I can't find any info older then Dec so i'm just asking. are they broke or am i doing something wrong?

FBL = ?
SS = Sector Sats?
