[2.0] Data leak remaining on the ship there is no repair in the port.

Description. Exit EVA from ship. Launch an EMP bomb on the ship and blow it up. As long as there are data leaks on the ship, it is not possible to repair it in the port or dock.
Also, using the repair button blocks all actions in the ship's equipment interface. Repair by the laser repair laser works, but the ship will still need repair.
