[2.20 (Beta 3) BUG]- Fully Supplied Argon Equipment Dock is Not Upgrading Ship

There appears to be a problem with the Argon Equipment Dock. It has plenty of supplies across all of its 16 categories. However, it still is not upgrading my ship. It states that it is the second ship in the queue and the upgrade time is 0:00. Nothing is happening, the ship is just sitting there and not upgrading, despite the Equipment Dock being fully supplied.

Also, in this same game the Wharf (Argon Prime) is not being supplied with Engine Parts, and the Shipyard (Argon Prime) is not being supplied with Shield Components. If they are arriving, it is VERY SLOWLY, if at all. The only Shield Component Factory and the only Engine Parts factory are all the way over in Black Hole Sun V region, the far end. I think this may have something to do with the Wharf and Shipyard not getting these supplies quickly. I'm not sure if this is a BUG or it is working as intended.

Yikes, sorry for not responding to this sooner. If you have issues with a beta, best post in the public beta forum. But seeing as 2.20 is out now, I'll keep it here.

For some reason, that ship has an Explore order above its Change Equipment order. As suggested in the other thread:

I Have a few of them like that. The fix is to check their Information/Behaviour screen. Chances are they have a Dock And Wait command that BLOCKS the Equip command. Just go to the Bahaviour screen and Delete the DockAndWait command.

That seems to fix your issue. We'll take a look at the cause.

Thanks for the reply. I assigned an NPC to pilot the ship and I remember giving him an explore order. I may have ordered him out of the seat and put myself in his place before he completed the order. I then went to a station and transferred him to engineering crew of the ship from being the pilot. It probably never autocancelled his unfinished order. Therefore, I guess this is not a bug in the proper sense, but it could be helpful to autoremove unfinished commands from the queue when you transfer NPC pilots to another position.
