I noticed that since 2.0 my auto traders have gone somewhat idle, used to be no problem before:
Right now, out of 33 Auto-Traders, 18 are just sitting around idle waiting for something (maybe a trade opportunity?). Some are sitting there like that for hours.
Any suggestion what might be the reason?
I usually don't use nav sats - are they mandatory now? (but I didn't before either and it worked)

Re: Auto Trader question
With 2.0, jump range has been changed, it is 5 jumps max now. So maybe they dont find any trades within their range anymore. Are they restricted to few ware types?Loneshade wrote: ↑Fri, 8. Mar 19, 16:10 I noticed that since 2.0 my auto traders have gone somewhat idle, used to be no problem before:

Re: Auto Trader question
Autotrader takes forever to assign from the menus.
Around 70% of the transport ships that I have ordered were all useless less than 3-star pilots so they get thrown into my station as trading distributors.
The 3-4 jump range is only based on the star level.

- 3 jumps for 3-star pilots
- 4 jumps for 4-star
- 12-15 jumps for 5-stars
Because I can, I'm here to disturb your mind.

Re: Auto Trader question
Not 12-15 but 5 on 2.0.
Are you confusing traders with miners, or 2.2 increased max range?
