Please provide the rest of the DXDiag report (using a link to a file upload side if necessary) and a vulkaninfo file. Please also check your game folder and see if there are any crashdump files in there.

Re: 2.0: Crash on starting new save
I'm not sure whether having only the "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" installed for your Intel HD graphics chipset is a good idea, even if you're not using it. You might want to try installing some proper drivers for that, or disabling it entirely. While you're at it, check the NVIDIA site for any updates, and also the Realtek site for newer sound drivers.
Were there any crashdump files?

Re: 2.0: Crash on starting new save
I've disabled the intel card and run on the latest NVidia drivers. Unfortunately I've been unable to find any crash dumps in either the steam directory or the directory that contains save files.

Re: 2.0: Crash on starting new save
When you say "steam folder" do you mean the folder that the X4.exe file is in? That's where they'd normally be. You might need to make sure that access to that folder isn't restricted for the files to actually be created there.
Another standard step, once you've updated those sound drivers, is to try a file verification for the game using the option on the Properties screen for the game in the Steam client.
However the timing of the error does suggest a system issue, either with one of the aforementioned drivers, or with, say, memory. You could also try running MemTest86 on your system for a while to see whether there are any memory faults.

Adding to and supporting what CBJ said: the error reporting in the DxDiag does indeed report serious BSOD and LiveKernelEvents that could indicate a system or device driver issue across several applications.
