So i have this bug since 2.0 as well that after a few minutes it souds like an XL engine is running in my cockpit and also a constant weird clicking sound, all other sounds are played back in a real weird way often with 10+secs delay..
Going EVA makes the camera jerk around, and i loose control and loop on a small track back and forth soon resulting in a CTD.
If i go beta will this be gone, or i still cannot play?
Anyone who had this issue finds the current beta usable?
Has stability beta fixed the sound/crash issue so far?

I think you may be getting a bit confused. The 2.10 stability beta just added additional crash auto-reporting information (hence increasing saving and loading times) in order to help the devs improve stability in the 2.20 build to follow it. 2.10 stability beta included no addition fixes over 2.00 release. If you had crashes in 2.10 then they would have been auto-reported when online (but you don't install the betas I gather).
However, the next beta build is indeed now out and does include fixes. That is 2.20 beta 1 with its changelog here.
BTW: I can only stress again that the betas are for testing purposes and pose some risk for long term gameplay progress.

Yes, i saw some crash related fixes already, but am a bit afraid of betas for the risks you mentioned.
Hence the question if those fixes targeted at crashes have made the game better for anyone who has the issues i'm having. The changelog is not that verbose in this regard.
Thanks for clarification.
