UI redraw issue when scrolling - devs on the case
When you scroll any scrollable UI element using the mouse wheel, it appears to scroll just fine. However, if you instead drag the scrollbar with the mouse, the UI will be drawing extraneous items in various places (extended separator lines in menus, equipment icons in upgrade screen, etc.).

This is known, but hasn't reached the top of the list for fixing yet.
