Captured ship still has enemy crew?

So I just boarded a ship successfully and when I went to the bridge it had a whole bunch of paranid crew with red icons. None of them will talk to me

Yeah, I had that too. They will disappear after some time. While they are onboard it seems like their old captain's "code" still has a presence onboard, and will actively sabotage your ship's movement.
