[Bug] 2.0 Previous captain disappeared

After update found what one of my Manorinas has captain with less than 3 stars skill and can't automatically trade mined resources. I bought a Kestrel and got good captain with it. Then transferred one member of Manorina's crew to another ship and moved Manorina to Port where Kestrel was docked. After transferring Kestrel's captain to free vacancy at Manorina's crew I used "assign best crew member as captain" option. Result: Kestrel's captain is now ruling Manorina but previous captain disappeared instead of being downranked to crew member, there is a free vacancy in crew list. When I manually downranked Manorina's captain to crew member and assigned Kestrel's captain to Manorina all resulted as intended.

It is normal behavior. At least it is how it working from the first version (1.00).
When “promote to captain” or “assign best crewmember” used with existing captain – he/she being fired.
If you want to keep your existing captain you have to first assign him to a different post manually.

Ok, so I have ship with 20/20 crew (1 captain and 19 service crew).

When I use those two options:
- promote best crew to captain
- maually select crew and "promote to captain"

Then my existing captain is destroyed/deleted and I have 19/20 crew.

Finally found the bug. Previous captain disappears because game creates a doppleganger of the crew member who is promoted to the captain. This can be used to create infinite copies of skilled captain:
1. Get any ship with two or more chairs at cockpit and without a crew. Ship should be docked at a station.
2. Remove the captain and add to the crew a subordinate you want to copy.
3. Use 'promote the best crew member to captain' function in the ship menu.
4. Go to the cockpit. If the doppleganger doesn't want to show up just command the ship to fly somewhere else.
5. Now assign these two officers to the different ships (if you'll assign them to the one ship they will turn into one person).

Tried your copying trick, but it doesn't work (in my vanilla game). Tried it with several manorina's.
Would be nice though, as leveling up is a pain.
