Fix SPAM messeges!

Trouble came at 1.6 patch and still exist in 2.0
i cant f*** play normal game.
All stations spam 10000000bilions messege (trade succerful, not enouth money , bla bla bla) BUT even if station budget is 2 000 000 and station have 4 000 000 cr. station still spam messege GIVE MORE BUDJET.
i hate this ******aaaa
Filter *Disable all message * NOT WORK!
fix this.
I have 200 stations and all of them spam shit to my interface. an when messege active (type pres "F") i cant even save game. i almost destroy my keybord at rage-quit.

game is vanila no mods etc.

Hi. We are working on improving this. Hopefully it will be available for testing soon, but I can't say for sure.
