[2.0R]Localization error in Russian.

Description. In the station building dialog, it was previously possible to select a builder filter on the map and assign it for construction.The value of the filter was not localized in 1.6. The selection filter was exactly BUILDER in English. Now 2.0 the filter name is localized for Russian, but in the game the builders are now called (Ship-builder in Russian) and the filter of choice is now (Builder in Russian). Therefore, choosing a builder in the dialogue on the map does not allow the name of the ship in Russian and the filter of choice are different. Pictures below
