2.0 (334398) NPC's not delivering construction goods to stations and own sector factories not selling goods

Trying to build stations in my sector's (Atiya's Misfortune I and Bright Mind (err formerly atiya's misfortune III or summit) , started one before patch in misfortune I, it was about 50% resources, and 10% built before, well now its 50% built and stuck, the only goods arriving now are Hull parts and turret components, and not many of each like 1k of hull and like 300 of turret's, when they deliver new ones appear doing same again, the rest not seen a peep, seta not helping still nadda after hours in seta, i also tried to add a wharf to existing one, and same deal, just same two components arriving at a glacial pace, everything else nothing to be seen.

Also other then supplying my new wharf in VI (added to my prime defence station there), which it seems to struggle to deliver on time to despite all the factories close around it, my main sector Nopileo's Fortune VI seems to fudged also, not seeing much if any of my every kind of factory in it, my refineries in my sector Nopileos' fortune II seem to be continuing to deliver to my factories in VI fine, but no direct sales either.

My individual high-tech factories in various empires seem to be functioning fine, but other then the wharf in vi, my sector's VI and II and the billions of creds in factories i built in them seem now utterly devalued, my cash supply has dried up considerably, drones dont seem to want to build either, ordered 95 building drones for my VI wharf, not a single one hours later.

I was going to do something similar in my recently conquered formerly xenon sectors, but if I cant even get the defence station to build I dont think building dozens of factories is now viable.

2.0 killed my economy man, please fix or I'll have to quit, stations to big to try to manually supply with building mats even if i wanted to, would need thousands of trips, and little point if no one will buy there goods anyway, I notice the average of my 10,112 hired personal has now crept up to 1 star, this is probably from all the combat xp my fleets got during my great assault into xenon space, however even my very oldest trader's that adding my 500 hours in game have done an awful lot of trips and trades, have never gained a single skill point, pretty sure they all got 1 pilot point to 4, but not to 5 if they started at 4, but as you tied skills to average captain skill 1 point makes no dif), which you'd strip out the skill system its a useless system as fun as toothache, and adds nothing to the game, but detracts quite a bit in wasted time trying to rng up one capable of doing job you wanted ship for.

Seems traders now only going like 3 jumps each, that's not even far enough to reach atiya's misfortune I from outside my own space, before my own traders from VI were supplying goods to help the many other traders supply my construction needs in any of my sectors, as well as selling far and wide to ensure steady income, but now yeah its all dead, little point being able to build ships now if the economy is now broken, so yeah needs urgent fix, as my hard won sectors are now worth diddly squat.
