Shipyard issues V 2.0

Hello. I noticed that now in version 2.0 in my Wharf NPC are building ships and not paying for them. In beta 2.0 it was fixed, but now in released version seems this bug returned. Maybe it is just in my game. Anyone have simular issues?

There were no changes related to this between the beta and release versions, so it cannot have "returned". Are you sure you are looking at your shipyard's account, not your own account to see when payment is being made?

And what about equipment docks. I don't think NPCs are paying for their repairs or restocks, no log entries and the station lost more than 100 Mio cr. while almost every NPC ship in that sector got their repair.
Reported it here and here and probably somewhere else, too.

Few hours after release of version 2.0, ARG was ordering 2x cerberus and 3x Quasar and did not pay for them. I would notice if thay payed, becose price tag was 110% and for Cerberus it would be few mil. Credits. I was looking at the wharfs account the time wnen thay was finishing ships and no monay was transfered to wharfs account. After that i putted price tag 150% an restricted trade for other factions. Maiby it was glich in some sort. I will put price tag to 50% and allow constractions later today. And if the problem will again accour, i'll post hare.

I have it at 150% in my equipment dock, because it should be for my ships in the fist place, but also do some NPC-work, when they can't handle it on their own. I had 2 M/S repair, 2 L repair and 2 XL repair docks full with NPC ships (and probably the normal docking ports aswell) and the station costs only money, the station account has no income. Almost all ships are now repaired, only some L and M ships are left.

Me too just supplied the shiptrader and watched as the 20 plus queue got built and no money transfered big ships built MAgnetar and ODDY'S this was in multiple shipyards too..and with the defense staion spam ( 5) HOP are doing in faulty logic and the 7 in second contact ARG ANT and HOP plus the 4 in true sight 2 ANT 2 HOP are you sure the steam update isnt an earlier beta release not the latest.?????

The update installed from steam was 45.2mb....

Hmm strange. My update from steam was 2mb. But before for beta version 4, was around 75mb. Maybe the problem is in steam update :gruebel:

Hi. Looks like I may need some help tracing this as I've tested a few times and it seemed to work, the money ended up in the station account. A savegame with such a shipyard constantly suffering this issue would be best. Feel free to host it or send it to owen@egosoft.com

Couple of other things you may want to check too ...matrix 79b is cleared but randomly spawns a power distribution S that is needed in atiys misfortune ..but then dosent travel also the build storage for a station I'm building just north of Argon Prime Wharf spawned in the jump gate to THE VOID all the way across the sector and the MAMMOTH builder is building the station from over there too. and also the "Roll" issue is still not completely resolved.

ARGHHHH!!! typical after an exit and restart the next ODDY built got paid for!!!

will keep an eye on it though

Please keep discussion to one issue per thread. Random diversions like this are very unlikely to be seen or dealt with.

I'm new in posting saves, so i can't remember what save it was, becose I'm overwriting all the time. I can send any save, even if it was overwrited later? Becose i now set on 50% and allowed NPC to costruct ships, but now for last hour NPC did not order any ships. So if i can send any save, then i will send early save from yesterday. Another question is, how i can send save if it is compressed 40mb, and my email dont allow to sent that big file. Any help? Thank You

Ok, I think I've found the issue. Unfortunatly, it only affects some ships, which is why it didn't show up so blatantly.

I'll work on a fix and will mark it as a known issue. To avoid this issue, you can set your shipyards to not work for other factions for now. You can do that in the Logical Station Overview.

What is about the equipment dock-modules? When I'm wrong, can you add a log entry, that I know they are paying for repairs and restocking? And why does a beam turret need rocket parts for repairing?
