cant log in to game for free stuff

Hey Guys i am having a problem logging into the online stuff in the game i have a new computer and the user name and pw i used before are not working,but i can log in to egosoft with the same pw and user name i used in the game it is the same account i have linked to steam.

Send a PM or e-mail to Egosoft's CBJ stating the problem and including the usernames and passwords you are trying to use, and also when/under what circumstances you are trying to use them, and I'm sure he can help you out. The chances are that if an old password and username are not working for you (if entered correctly) then they may be tied to an e-mail address or Steam account that you are no longer using.

How to send message to "CBJ"? I am having the same problem.

Top right of Forum Screen is 'Private Messages'. Once there, click on the 'New PM' button and put 'CBJ' in the address field. Give it a catchy title and away you go.
