This just got worse.

At least we were able to change it back in 1.50...
While the changes didn't stick for too long due to the warebasket being overwritten on every pass, we could fix it with a mod by removing the part that did that...

Now? No way to even click on it.

"This just got worse." Than what? Is this about a subject mentioned in the 1.60 changelog? Is the issue being reported the overwriting or the inability to change something? (The latter might be the 'fix' to the former if such change capability was never the design intent.)

If this is a request for technical support then please provide the devs with some useful information about what you see as the issue, its situation and symptoms and try to provide reliable repro steps and a save so that they have something to address. Do not go on to discuss 3rd party mods here please.

The problem is that we have absolutely no control over station miners.

With a station that takes all 3 mineral resources (excluding nividium - wasn't using any Teladi modules), letting loose 6 station miners occasionally results in all 6 going after the exact same resource.

It "got worse" than base 1.50 because we could actually change the warebasket in 1.50.
Sure, it only lasted for a single run because the script checks the tradewares of the station and fills up the warebasket with them every cycle, but for that one run when it obeyed the warebasket change? It worked flawlessly.

Right now? The wares are greyed out and can't be clicked at all.

The only thing that can be controlled right now is if its role is a miner or a defender (slight improvement from 1.50, where you could go from miner to defender but not the other way around), and then there's the terribly placed confirm button for the "remove assignment" command which really needs to be moved somewhere else, as it looks like a confirm button for the role change.

If the design intent was to not give players any capability to control the station miners, then it's a bad design decision.
