DATA VOLT 18 BILLION NOT WORKING
In my X4 Foundation game, the DATA volt in 18 Billion is not playing ball, the first repair worked fine and the solor panels moved, But from there on no matter how long i used the repair laser on the red highlighted area it would not turn green. i used it for over 30 seconds from 10 metres away and nothing, i even triend it closer then that and still nothing.

Still not working i have been to the volt 3 different times, and you may get 2 or 3 of the locks repaired but the others will just not turn green. thought it would of been sorted by now

it worked for me when I tested it just now in a new game.
Can you provide a save close to it that reproduces the problem?
You could also check if you have unlocked the Timeline entry "The Gates Reopen" already, that would indicate you opened the vault successfully before.
