LAST ORDER COULD NOT BE COMPLETED

that's all I keep hearing for hours. in quick succession in a female voice. it changed once to a male voice for 10 min and since then female again.
I've checked through some trader default action lists. queued orders etc but I have lots of traders. its driving me insane.
how can I check who's calling me

I get one every time my escorts of my trade ships get to there stand by point on the trade run. Yes. Please remove this from ships that have been given another commander.
