1.5 Bug Player Can Trade and Go To Ship, None Docked

At the PHQ I can select Go To Ship, and Trade while running around. There are no ships docked. This happened after I teleported to the PHQ from a parked Nemesis Sentinel at the HOP Equipment Dock.
