I often buy 8x Elite Vanguard in minimum configuration and sell them (to get 3-4 stars pilots).

We should not have to come to this, if Egosoft would just allow us to get a new pilot if we dock a ship at the Wharf/Shipyard, remove the pilot (assign him to service) then can hire a new one with the repair GUI.

Also in 1.5 REL, it is no longer guaranteed to get a 3* or better pilot when you buy a new ship. I wonder why sometimes, out of the blue, a "PILOT" of a new ship does not /cannot perform his duty, because he is only 1* in Piloting, but has a 3* in Engineering or Morale. If I want a 3* Engineer or a 3* Marine, I would hire an Engineer/Marine, not a pilot!!!!! This is very counter-intuitive!!!!
