[BUG] Construction Ships Disappearing

This just started to happen. I may have over taxed the system. I have 2 completed large complexes, and a couple of small ones completed, and I think 3 or 4 still under construction. A couple of them have my own builders assigned, and a couple of them are using hired builders. Everything was working well, I'm a long way into the builds, but now some of the constructors have disappeared completely, both the hired ones, and ones I own. The station still seems to think they are getting built, but the construction is stalled, and I can't hire new ships, or assign any of my own to these particular station builds, since they still think they have a ship currently building them.

Is there anything in your log for the ones you own? Do they appear in your property list? Is your game modified at all?

CBJ, I didn't get a chance to play last night, so I don't have a further update yet. I will hopefully get to play some this weekend and will report back. I don't really expect a solution, just wanted to report the bug. Even if there was a solution, I think I've overdone it on the complexes anyways, as my game is starting to lag pretty bad now, and I've already turned the AA and shadows off completely, so I don't think I could keep going even if the builders reappeared. I have a problem with building stuff too big. I tend to do that in every game that has any sort of building mechanic in it, lol.
