[1.50][BUG] Venture complete - but no result?

Got an odd problem:

Started ventures - first two (2 minute) demo ones worked fine....
but any venture thereafter i now got this issue:

Venture results don't open!

Venture starts as it should, ship is blocked in the bubble.
Eventually I get a "venture successful" message and the ship has returned unharmed.
I see the 'successful mission' entry in the log...

... but now when i want to open/view the details, they won't open. The button for details worked in the 2 demo ventures... but now its not doing anything.
Also I don't seem to get any payment or goodies out of it.

I can send the ship on yet another venture... but they return again with the same issue.
Any ideas?

yeah...

It worked once per mission, but since now I never get a result. And we are not the only ones.
