[1.50] Undocked while Upgrading Ship

[1.50] Undocked while Upgrading Ship

I managed to order my ship to undock while it still had eleven seconds on an upgrade order remaining.
Now the Wharf does not build anything else anymore, it has full stock and 30+ ships queued but doesn't built anymore.
Redocking at this wharf does nothing.
Also I cannot upgrade this ship at any other station, it wont even go into the queue.

Any chance of saving this save file?
