Holy Order missions Broken

I am unable to play the Holy Order missions. I recall talking to my REP and then leaving the station but never got any missions.
I went back to the shipyard to talk to the rep and my only options are "I would like to stop". Really confused why this is occurring. I am playing through steam on the newest patch.
