1.50 [BUG] Not finding Teladi Representative and NPCs pointing to MIN Representative instead

I believe this bug is similar to this other one here:

I currently have +28 Rep with Teladi and can Teleport to their stations, but when I tried to look for TEL representative to buy the Trade License I could not find it (usually it is in the Trade station, but it's not).

Docking in a TEL station and asking for direction to the representative they send me to the MIN representative instead. Looking at where the MIN representative is I can see two Faction representative icons, but at the elevator I Can only see the MIN representative.

As a quick update, after I turned off the game and reloaded the save the faction representative was there again. So, the save may not be helpful.
