Since playing the game (i played on first day) ive put in 244 hours and since the start for me there has been a dead spot around the middle right of the screen,i can move the mouse through it but i cant interact with this area when moving sliders or assigning weapons.
I have been able to get round it by changing the UI size and after making the changes putting it back to how it was,i was waiting to see if it got fixed but no one has mentioned anything about it so im wondering if its just me.
Im playing through steam (possible overlay issue?) im also playing in windowed mode.
I am using mods now but i wasnt for the first 15 days so i dont think its that.
The game is playable with this going on its more frustrating than anything and im really just looking for suggestions.
The area affected is around 4x2 inches in a horizontal rectangle.
Kind regards

Re: Dead spot in game middle right
After much frustration ive found the issue so i will post here in case anyone else runs in to this issue.
As i play in full screen window for some reason if i dont minimise the steam app and it is left open on the library tab the links on the right hand side (community hub, achievements ,discussions, related groups ect) seem to affect the game menus even when tabbed out, as soon as i change it from the library tab or better yet just minimise it the problem stops.
Hopefully this will help someone

Thanks for reporting back that you found the issue! If you haven't already that's probably worth reporting to steam as a bug in their client. I mean it _could_ be egosoft's fault but I bet it has to do with Steam not having a lot of experience with Vulkan games yet.
