Ships not rearming from HQ

I suspect this is something I am doing wrong or not doing rather than a bug, But i have a Nemesis Sentinel assigned to HQ as a Defence ship, It has 5 Tracking Missile launchers and 2 Bolt turrets. The ship is armed with 60 Heavy Smart Missiles. I have the blueprints for this and a lot of other Missiles, and I have approx 500 Heavy Smart Missiles at the HQ. Once it had fired off its missiles it contacterd me to tell me it was out of ammo.

Should it not have just docked at HQ and reloaded from there? As I told it to Exchange wares 60 Smart missiles, and it was reloaded, but if i have to do that evvery few minutes after its been in combat its likely going to prove worthless as a long term defence ship.

Any ideas/help/suggestions?

Since 1.5 came out I have not been able to get any Missil Armed Ships to load missiles from HQ

I'm currently sitting with over 2000 unwanted Heavy Guided Missiles that I thought i could use up with ship to ship combat, so i bought 10 Nemesis Sentinels 60 missile capacity and 2 Helios Sentinels 130 missile capacity each, and sent them to HQ to load up some of the unwanted Missiles. If they are set to Ware Exchange they wont land, IF i tell them to land and then set them to exchange wares, they have to take off and are then unable to Land, also even though i can fit another 2000 missiles into the base now, the HQ is refusing to make any. I've also just placed down an extra 10 3M6 Standard hangar platforms. Everything can dock , but theres no transfers happening, However miners and Normal trading is happening fine.

At this point i don't know what to think, are the missiles broken, is the HQ broken?

Any help, ideas and suggestions are appreciated.
