[1.50] Ship cannot complete order spam

I ordered one of my ships to trade/transfer wares with one of my stations.
Everything seemed normal and the ship accepted the order. A few minutes later when it had arrived I started getting "Cannot complete last order" audio notification and there would be a video feed in the bottom right corner for a split second.
This kept repeating every 10 seconds without any indication of who is sending it / having issues with their orders. I eventually figured out what really caused the issue here and who was sending that message but only after looking through each of my ships and checking up on what they were doing (or rather not doing). I found the ship and there is a speaker icon on top of the ship when it sends the message, which is not really useful if you don't happen to be looking at it.

In any case, the reason was that the ship happened to be L class and the station was missing an L dock.
The station manager also accepts L ships as subordinates, even assigns orders to the ship, but the ships won't do anything.

To be fixed:
- Make the video feed stay until you discard it or react to it. Have it have the F key comm with options to jump to the ship information on map, discard order, disable order directly in the comm rose. Similar to how your traders notify you when they are set to ask when pirates want their stuff.
- Don't repeat the message every 10 seconds, every 60 or 120 should be fine and only if the player didn't react to the comm thing.
- Don't allow sending L ships to a station that does not have an L dock.
- Make the station manager contact you if you assign him an L ship, but there is no L dock on the station.

Or how about allow CARGO DRONES to actually be used to transfer CARGO between the L ship and the stations if they don't have an L dock?
