[Request] Wing Commands, Move together

Setting wing is ok, and tell the wing to go somewhere is ok, but can we set the wing to move together? Having a wing of smalls and mediums is stupid because my smalls will warp in and die without any medium/large support. How about, once they receive the command to move they all align and prepare to jump together, and all cruise speeds are limited to slowest ship. Or even an automatic (dock at largest ship) command before cruising. etc. Kind of eve-esque.

I wish it was like this. That's how I hoped it was going to be when I started playing. I don't have the modding experience to do this right now, but there are a lot of people here making amazing things. Is the way the game functions with this bugged right now? I can't think of why it doesn't work that way now, unless ai pilot skill has any effect. Does anyone know if pilot skill has any effect on whether they jump with you better? I'm sorry if it's just me, but I have a hard time training these poor guys enough to find out.
