[1.50][Bug][Save file] Data Vault Repair Laser Has No Effect

In the attached save file I am in the space suit outside a data vault. Trying to use the repair laser on the red pressure leaks have no effect.

[Edit] After reporting this I reloaded and the first pressure leak repaired, but none of the other pressure leaks respond.
