1.5 BUG can not complete build mission

Okay, I have done quite a number of build missions before 1.5, so I think I know how they work.
Go to the marker : OK
Claim plot of the right size : OK
Storage : OK
Turrets : OK
Yet mission will not complete.

UPDATE : mission completed after adding another module. Weird.

The turrets are broken somehow. There's a lot of threads about it already. Apparently turrets will build before the materials required for them are delivered causing them to corrupt or something. Or maybe they don't build them if they are the last thing in the order list. I have no idea. It's the turrets though.
