[Suggestion] Option to protect save slots

Most people will make more than one game, but do not want to lose the first. But you only have 10 saves and it is easy to overwrite one from a different game simply because they all look the same.

So add an option to "block" a save game slot. The block has an visible icon and can only be removed by clicking the block icon and say yes to the question to remove the block.
