Right now there are a lot of people having problems with different mods, that seem to be caused by localizations.
Is there a complete list with all the different Localizations and their "codes" (like L0001_044)? That would help a lot.

A lot of the problem with localizations is due to the mods' content.xml not containing localizations for non-english. For the mod itself, the localization can contain a file like 001.xml that serves as a default when localizations for their language are missing.
