I got some strange similar bug related to reputations. I have repution with paranids on 28. But there are always one Nemesis which opens fire on my freighters and escort ships without any reason. No illegal stuff on bord, only smartchips and microchips.
They camp the station, kill all of my freighters. Even 4 Gorgon frigates und attacked my station. After i killed the Nemesis, 5 mins later the next red nemesis spawned and the game starts again... And of course the reputation falls with every killed nemesis -.-
