Hi Support.
Here's a link below to a picture of what i get every time i fire at an enemy, showing a bug of the info pop-up menu that keeps popping up every time i shoot at a target and even after i exit it, up pops again, and now becoming so annoying it's pointless attacking any enemy.

The info panel should pop-up when "F" key is pressed not when the fire button is pressed.

Can you give some more details on your set-up and settings please. For examples, whether you remapped the fire button (to RMB?) and whether you have gamepad mode on? Any additional info could be useful (maybe even link your config and custom profile).

I'm a mouse/key board player,and my mouse is a 7 button mouse, none of the main are not changed like RHB is fire LHB Targeting, and only changed one of the side buttons as nearest enemy targeting, and one for LR scan/missiles. (easy for me that way and as same as all other X game setups)
All other key binding settings are untouched and no mods used are button changers.
I have had this issue from release date when there was no mods and tried all i can to prevent it but it in my face every enemy i fire at Without or with mods.
As i said when i target an enemy ship i get the info menu also when i press the "f" key and it goes after a few seconds, but every time i fire at the target the info shows as you see it in the picture provided earlier sometimes it goes after a few seconds but mostly it stays even after target is destroyed and i have to exit it or target empty space then it goes.
Hope this is the more info you're needing and helps.
P.S. Radar Suggestion, (why i suggest it to you as all suggestions either get ignored or lost on the forum) about the radar/scanning and put this to the Dev's, maybe make it less time consuming as well as less programming and that is the radar auto comes on when we undock like in the real world planes fighters/airliners and both station/LR scanners do the same thing under one action, also make the radar like a radar like real world radar with a continuing sweep only pinging dots when and where items are like ships, and stations with a red ping dot for enemy ships/stations and a orange ping dot for unidentified objects. (i wonder how much lesser programming this suggestion would take up and it makes more sense) maybe add a military scanner that is longer range and better then the other two put together.

Sorry, we don't do 'suggestions' in Tech Sp.
Do you have the gamepad mode option enabled while playing? If so, that could be significant and worth trying with it set to off.
The fact that your game is modded could still be an issue if you are seeing game behaviour that not all others are seeing.

What you encounter is the so-called context menu. It is bound to the RMB and cannot be assigned to any other key. I do agree (and I'm not alone) that this is annoying but for now there is no way to avoid it. Playing mouse & keyboard myself, I've removed the fire key from the RMB and assigned target nearest enemy instead. Fire on target is now on MMB. Not the best solution but this is better than shooting friendlies by accident if you just want the context menu to show.

Thanks for input will play around with key fire not sure if middle wheel button is best have you tried the LMB instead or if have them one of the side buttons.
Why have Egosoft made this so annoying in the first place (Probably to P us off) when it was not like this in other X games.
Good game so far considering some of the annoying bugs like this one.
