1.32 BUG/Consumable Tab

So I was in the GOP Wharf and I was changing the loadout of my Nemesis. After I added the new guns I realized I didn't buy new missiles. While the new guns were being made I tried to buy more missiles. It wouldn't let me since I was still in the minute down time. However, since then I've been unable to open up the Consumables tab. It'll lock me out of the entire buy ship UI. None of the tabs on the left side work. I can still load the ship using the Presets but I can't buy Consumables any more. It still messes up even if I attempt to buy a new ship.

Edit to add: Loaded an older save and it's happening there. So I decided to start a new game and it's affecting the New Game too.
