[1.32] Can't build more than 37 plots

I just tried to build my 37th plot and couldn't.
The list of plots on the top is too long and the interface below that is off screen (pay fee not visible).

When I leave the building function, I can right click and 'build plan' the station, however, I have not paid my fee.

Needs a scrollbar or collapsable list item.

This sounds identical to my issue with too many wares at a station, where if a station produces and stores too many wares, everything after a point simply does not show up, no scrollbar becomes visible. Sounds like some of the lists were set up with no bar appearing if the list gets long.

Workaround - if you go into Options->Settings->Game Settings and turn the UI scale down (I'm using 0.6 when I need to do this) the plot lists shrinks and you can keep going.
