[Request] Notifications for Pilot/Captain Rank Ups

With it looking like Egosoft is intending to nerf the easy auto trading a bit I think it would be extremely helpful to get notifications in your log book when captains rank up their piloting skills so that you can potentially re-assign them to different tasks or different ships. Additionally it would be awesome if this would extend to other crew types so that you can potentially re-assign them for crew delivery missions.
