[1.32] BUG: Cannot trade wares + messed up sector map

In this save the freighter named Weed 001 cannot sell its wares to the station its docked to (nor to another station i tried).
I issued a trade command, attempted to sell the wares manually but simply nothing happens after confirming the trade window - if the command is issued remotely the orders vanish from the command queue at ship information instantly.

Unrelated, but black hole sun sector map is messed up, fog of war displaced, and its texture is different from that of other sectors plus there is an osprey outside of the sector boundaries somehow.
