[REQUEST] Stop SCA from redisguising as another faction after scanning and while being attacked

As it says in the title, is this possible?

Kinda annoying when you scan them, reveal them as an SCA, and before you can even finish destroying them (or boarding them if it's a capital you want), they suddenly hide as another faction again.

Can we add a cooldown on this? Maybe like 10 min before they can disguise after being scanned?
