Plot Management Desperately Needs a Scroll Bar

As the title suggests - I've been doing a load of station-building missions, and each one results in ownership of a new station plot. Once you get to about 39 of those missions, you can't reach the plot configuration beneath the list to manipulate and purchase plot licenses.

Would be best if it showed just 20 or so in the list and gave you a scroll bar to nav through the list.
