I've been building a largeish station that produces a number of products. Currently it has 3 large Argon habitats which provide a max workforce of 3000. The ideal workforce for the platform is listed as being around 1650.
For a while the workforce was (slowly) increasing over time, but it appeared to peak around 650. Since then it's been decreasing, and currently it's down around 460.
The station is fully stocked with med supplies and food rations, so I don't think that's it. Anyone know what's going on here?

Re: Workforce questions
Yes.
EDIT: I am looking at the station for the umpteenth time and now I notice that food rations are not listed under "storage" anymore. My station no longer stocks them? I think food rations should be stocked by the station as long as you have habitat modules right? I reverted to an earlier save and they were listed.
This feels like a bug and not something I'm doing wrong, unless I missed something. I can build a food ration factory, to try to force the station to stock them, I just hope the habitats will actually consume it.
Otherwise I guess I can try removing the habitats and rebuilding them.
