Question about miners on stations

I have a mega complex i have started which requires Ore/Silicon and helium/hydrogen/methane. I have 8 mineral and 8 gas miners...... All of the gas miners seem to concentrate only on Hydrogen and my mineral miners mostly get ore.

I go into the information tab and remove wares so they focus only one 1. However, the station manager seems to put the other wares back on. Any ideas how to proceed?
