[1.32] Torpedos not shot in remote battles

Right now, I cannot be present during my fights against stations (while I am present the stations 'auto-heal', therefore I let them fight without me in the sector).

While I am present, fighters will deploy their torpedos no problems. In remote (map) mode, the fighters do not deploy their torpedos.
