An intermediate patch note said this was fixed and the patch restores the guild missions, but here I am -- no guild missions.
I am currently running 1.5beta FWIW.

With none of the information requested at the top of the forum, the chances of us being able to help you are negligible. In your case a savegame would be the most useful thing, so that we could maybe see why you don't have them.
