Why Energy Cells Suck as a Ware

Post by Invasion »

Every sector has 100% sunlight...
Thus there is no need to concentrate production of Energy Cells in certain sectors
Without the need to actually import it, kills trading of the item
This is why assigning traders to stations often sends them to sell miserable quantities of Energy Cells to other factions, and wasting your traders' time

I suspect this is the case because there is no trade command you can issue that properly supplies wares between your own stations.

Open your station logic. Set selling price for E-cells to maximum. Traders would not find any trades for that price and start selling other stuff.

Yes I do that on all my stations. Its a workaround. But Energy Cells still suck
