"Lucrative" opportunity isn't

Bug 1: The text description tells you the guy is already late and will pay top dollar. You get zero money. The reward is supposed to be that it adds trade offers to buy space weed spacefuel and maja dust.

Bug 2: You can't actually sell space weed, spacefuel or maja dust. You can queue the trade, it won't happen.
You can board a ship with space weed manually, fly there manually, land, use the trade menu, sell the weed, but it returns immediately, not having sold anything.

So I tried leaving the ship docked and walking to the bar and talking to the black marketeer. They have an option to talk about bulk trade. Same thing. You can select the trade, confirm it, nothing.
